INDIVIDUAL THERAPY · COUPLES THERAPY · PSYCHEDELIC HEALING

Healing That Brings You Home to Yourself

Many people who find their way here aren't new to self-reflection. They've read the books, listened to the podcasts, and many have spent time in therapy. They have a sense of how they got here, but still find themselves stuck in patterns they can't seem to think their way out of.

My work is about helping individuals and couples understand what keeps getting in the way, heal the wounds that still shape how they move through life, and create meaningful change in the way they relate to themselves and others. Whether that work happens through individual therapy, couples therapy, or a psychedelic healing intensive, the intention is the same: to untangle what is stuck and help you feel more at home in yourself, your relationships, and your life.

What This Work Makes Possible

What Happens When the Work Goes Deeper

This work isn't about quick fixes or simply managing symptoms. It's about creating the space to meet and experience yourself in a new way.

Usually, what we think is keeping us stuck isn't the whole story. The depth of this work leads us to the roots of what has been stuck, allowing change to take shape in the places that matter most.

Clients often begin to notice:

  • Feeling more grounded and less overwhelmed
  • A clearer understanding of their automatic patterns
  • More space between what they feel and how they respond
  • Relationships starting to feel more honest, connected, and workable
  • The ability to set boundaries with more clarity and less guilt
  • A stronger connection to their own needs, emotions, and intuition
  • More flexibility, ease, and steadiness in daily life
  • A softening of self-criticism and the pressure to get everything right

What You Might Be Feeling

When You’ve Been Doing the Work, But Still Feel Stuck

A lot of people who end up here don’t look like they’re struggling. They’re capable, thoughtful, and holding a lot together in their lives, but internally something feels off and hard to explain. You’ve probably tried to make sense of it, pushed through it, or told yourself you should be grateful, and still, something still doesn’t feel right.

You might recognize yourself in some of this:

  • You feel anxious, overwhelmed, or on edge more than you’d like
  • You’re doing well on paper, but feel quietly dissatisfied or stuck
  • You keep finding yourself in the same patterns in relationships
  • You overthink, overfunction, or feel responsible for everything
  • You struggle with boundaries, guilt, or people-pleasing
  • You feel disconnected from yourself or unsure what you actually need
  • You’ve done a lot of self-work, but something deeper hasn’t shifted
  • You feel like you “should” be happy, but aren’t

How We Can Work Together

Where We Can Begin

There isn’t one right place to start. Some people come in knowing exactly what they’re looking for, while others just know something isn’t working the way they would like it to. My work isn’t about following a set formula. It’s about understanding who you are, what you’ve been carrying, and working in a way that actually fits you.

Individual Therapy & Coaching

A one-on-one space to understand your story, your patterns, and how they’re shaping your life right now. We go beyond surface-level insight and begin working at the root, using approaches like parts work, attachment theory, and trauma reprocessing. Over time, this work helps you feel more grounded, more connected to yourself, and more able to move through life with clarity and flexibility.

Couples Therapy & Coaching

For couples who care about their relationship but feel stuck in patterns they can’t seem to break. We identify the dynamic underneath the conflict, explore the attachment patterns each of you brings into the relationship, and begin creating new ways of communicating, repairing, and connecting. This work is honest, relational, and focused on meaningful change, not just managing conflict.

Psychedelic Preparation, Integration & Intensives

Link to Page
For individuals who feel called to deeper work. This includes preparation and integration sessions, as well as intensives designed to support meaningful healing and insight. When held in a grounded, intentional container, this work can help you access parts of yourself that are harder to reach through traditional therapy alone, while staying supported, safe, and integrated throughout the process.

Praise From Clients & Colleagues

I highly recommend Leah! I had a traumatic experience with recovery right after a surgery I had. I tried traditional talk therapy but it didn't help because I didn’t want to keep talking about the trauma that occurred. My therapist told me about some of the techniques Leah uses, and I thought I'd give it a try. It was a weird experience going into the appointment because it's not like any other healing session I've done but it absolutely helped! I felt so much lighter, even after just one session. My panic attacks are gone, and I'm not crying when I think about the event.

Meet Your Therapist & Guide

Leah Hoffman, LCSW

Hi, I'm Leah. I'm a licensed therapist, coach, and someone who genuinely loves this work.

I work with thoughtful, self-aware people who are tired of having the same insight over and over again without seeing the changes they're looking for.

My approach is relational and flexible. I draw from an ever-growing toolbox of training, experience, and intuition to tailor the work to the person in front of me. Over the past decade, that work has taken me deep into trauma, attachment, relationships, and experiential approaches to healing. What I've learned is that meaningful change rarely comes from working harder. More often, it comes from working differently.

I'm direct, honest, and believe that laughter has its own kind of healing magic. I won't be afraid to challenge you when needed, but I'll also meet your story with the same deep compassion you'll learn to offer yourself.
